Yep, agree with your first points mate.

But why are we continuously trying to ship some of our players to the Tigers?

You’re saying Gagan, someone else said Tracey, why this fascination?

I'm more making the compliment of Gagan that his continued determination and resilience are great qualities that would benefit a struggling club.

Also he's contracted to the jets not Cronulla so I'd certainly be happy for him to earn an NRL contract anywhere.

Tracey I wouldn't allow to go anywhere else without a solid return in transfer.

Also whilst I'm a sharks fan 1st and foremost and want to see us succeeding above all else, ultimately I'm also a rugby league fan and want to see the game as a whole be successful and continually improve.
More competitive teams overall helps do that.

Just watched the jets dogs game, we got good depth players 👍🏾 Iro, Stonestreet, Atkinson, Calqhoun, Berrell, Tracey.

One player i liked was prop Brad Fearnly, defended well, strong runner and was mobile. Any chance of him joining us if keeps getting better

Very Cronulla performance, case of the drops in first half before getting together in the 2nd.
Happy to see Gagan playing well, tigers would benefit from someone with his attitude imo.
there are lots of players in the jets, warriors, dogs and panthers team that could go and do a job elsewhere, but really, they are squad fillers

if you have to rely on recruitment of guys like tracey, gagan ect then you may as well not bother

tigers recruited really well, but the stink at the club wont change until they part with the higher ups

I thought Stonestreet had a shocker.

The others all went well in the second half. Was good to see JC get plenty of minutes.

Also had a really poor effort in defence on one try.

Great mover though. Even when he is making errors he looks good doing it!
yeh that shot on the winger was poor

considering that kid looked like he was in nappies, sam should have murdered him

both connor and sam were taken out in the air but the official didnt seem to care about it

Do you guys really feel Iro is a future gun?
I'm not seeing it.

Imo he will not be successful as a fullback. He struggles there.

I don't mind him as a winger, and he has a good work rate in his own end. In the current Sharks squad he is well down the line though.

As a centre, decent depth is what he is right now, and he has a top 30 contract so the opportunity is there for him. Future NRL gun is a stretch imho. Future NRL regular is possible, but he hasn't played his way ahead of anyone yet... despite being hyped for the last 5 years across three different clubs as the next big thing. For me, at NSW Cup level he hasn't been any more impressive than Hiroti. They both suck at tackling, but Hiroti is quicker, is better positionally in defence, and is a better passer.
