Yeah let’s put the best halfback in the club at lock off the benchNo way trindall plays 13

So what you’re saying is you want to turn a bloke whose best position is halfback and play him at 13 off the bench for 10-15 minutes each week?He already has. From the bench.
Second best.Yeah let’s put the best halfback in the club at lock off the bench
Yep, Brown is way overpaid, does SFA.Dylan Brown is not worth what the Eels paid him.
Does not do anywhere near enough to be on the close to a mil. But eels paid it.
Jerome Luai is pretty much the same player. Not worth more than an 600k imo. But some club out there will offer him ridiculous money and come to regret it.
I think what frenzy was eluding to was down the track starting tricky at 13 if dykes can fill the 6 roleSo what you’re saying is you want to turn a bloke whose best position is halfback and play him at 13 off the bench for 10-15 minutes each week?
You can still find hookers - there are plenty of reputable establishments still around - so I believe …..
And why the **** would we do thatI think what frenzy was eluding to was down the track starting tricky at 13 if dykes can fill the 6 role
I don’t think he specified the minutes. So what you’re saying is you want to turn a bloke whose best position is halfback and play him at 13 off the bench for 10-15 minutes each week?
Won't somebody think of the bears? There are otter guys playing back row in the NRL who started as halves, so it’s not like it is a crazy idea. E.g. Wade, Matterson, Watson.
This is all valid. I’m not saying he should be moved, just that he could be a good player there if given time.I don't think it's best for the team at this stage for Tricky to be anywhere near the 13. This year, I think Wade can fill that role much better.
Leading into next year, we are at the back of Moylans contract, and we need to be thinking about who is a long term halves partner for Nicho. I'd rather Tricky have continued to develop his game at 7 to see if he's the guy.
Also on a personal level, there are multiple sides that would sign Tricky and potentially have him in first grade at 7 this year. His potential to earn there far outweighs anything as a bench middle, so I don't think it would be the right call by him either.
Not that I think he's not capable, just I don't think it would be the best thing for the side short or long term, nor tricky personally.
Don’t mind this at all. I would prefer Hazelton to Hunt on the bench thoughTrindall at 7 and Hynes at 6 is the future, bring him in now, he's ready. Hynes will still be a gun and go to antoher level racking up dally m points Moylan 14 off the bench to ball play in the middle, he could carve up when he comes on, like a Watson or D.Walker role.
1. KENNEDY
2. Katoa
3. Ramien
4. Talakai
5. Mulitalo
6. HYNES
7. TRINDALL
8. Kaufusi
9. BRAILEY
10. Finucane
11. Nikora
12. Wilton
13. MCINNIS
14. MOYLAN
15. Graham
16. Hunt
17. Hamlin-Uele

Yeah can't disagree with that. This is all valid. I’m not saying he should be moved, just that he could be a good player there if given time.
Do you really think Moylan offers that impact at this stage of his career? I think what's keeping him in the side is his contributions to our attacking shape. He's not particulary fast, strong or explosive. I don't see him coming on and turning a game in the 14.Trindall at 7 and Hynes at 6 is the future, bring him in now, he's ready. Hynes will still be a gun and go to another level racking up dally m points Moylan 14 off the bench to ball play in the middle, he could carve up when he comes on, like a Watson or D.Walker role.
Dodd I though we were talking dykesTrindell not fit to lace Dodds boots
Thats not saying Trindell is garbage - just that Dodd is far better

Didn’t know the NRL went co-Ed?Dodd I though we were talking dykes
Quincy Dodd has become the Sharks first official NRLW signing ahead of their inaugural season in the elite level women’s competition.
That will most likely be 2025 when Moylan has been moved onIf and when Tricky get's the nod to take over, I think Moylan will be 18th man (or injured)
I prefer those options at utility and for the role, but to keep Moylan in the 17 (he'd never play reserve grade) give him another role/position. Still think he could be effective there, still has a bit of speed and can test tired forwardsI would lean towards someone like Tracey/Atkinson who would at least come on and back up through the middle constantly with pace
Compared to the other lock options he can be, if given the role every week to work on. Wade is an option but i dont think he's up for it, slowed down and looks more suited for simple work when in the middleAlso - McInnes is not a ballplayer by any definition
Either BHU or Kaufusi start, i put BHU on the bench for impact if he comes on firingWhy does BHU get put on the bench in this scenario
