Thought I'd kick this off now as I had an idea...

With our injury woes and form issues, we should speak to other clubs about player loans. Who do we want for round 7?
Payne Hass
Harry Grant
Cameron Munster
Issah Yeo
Joey Manu

That should cover us for a few weeks

Spoke to Wade Graham today at Sutherland markets. Told me he is fit and raring to go for next Friday night. Talked about the Nicho signing and he was saying how much it has reinvigorated the playing squad. Fitz is working on the deficiencies and is aware there is still much to do.

I asked if Trindall was in line to step back into the halves and surprisingly he smiled and said no one’s replacing our halves at the moment.
Great for the club and Nicho to get an upgraded deal done.

Wild to me that the an announcement of the signing of our halfback - who was already under contract for two more years - reinvigorates the playing squad.

I bet Wadeo doesn't have Fitz's email address.

Cheers for the inside info again Chadley.

It was pure luck Thresh. I doubt Wade would talk to some random person at markets.

But we had a gig there today and his kids took advantage of using the spare percussion bits we have to get the young ones involved.

Perhaps because I was there in some official capacity he thought I wasn’t going to be all that crazy. We’re all Sharks fans in the band so that helps.

By the way, DJ Habib was nowhere in sight!

We’ve lost 100 minutes in the middle for this game between Dale and Toby. What I’m wondering is how those minutes get allocated now between Hunt, Kaufasi, Graham, McInnes, Williams, Hazelton (probably).

Will Graham play 50 in the middle or give some more to Cam? Probably the latter. Does Fitz look for a forward to do Toby’s role and minutes or share the minutes out more amongst the bench guys. Again, I think the latter.

Our pack could work very differently next round.

Can't see Graham playing 50 in the middle... maybe 20 and Cam 60.

Hunt and Kaufusi get a bump in mins to over Toby.

We were already up against it in the middle and around the ruck facing the Roosters with us at full strength but with 2 starting forwards now out Roosters either need to have one of their off games or we come up with a special gameplan and execute it plus Fitz making good selections and maximizing the use of his bench properly

Not a game to be trotting out the same old passive defense or slotting in different players and expecting them to be able to do the same role as Rudolf and Dale like for like. This is where a coach has to earn his biscuits

I also fear that we are going back to playing away games better than we do home at Shark Park

Bright side: Roosters have been playing ****. The Butcher brothers in particular aren't playing well so hopefully that eases the pressure on our halves in defense etc etc. Cheese has also been hit and miss so far, and if he tries too hard and tires they have to bring on Turpin.

But realistically Teddy is due for a big game. It's going to be a little scary through the middle as well on our line. Brailey has to find some form.

Last years Roosters game where they smashed us was a line in the sand game for us, we improved significantly and dont think we lost at him till the Cowboys game.

Hoping they use the last time we played them as extra motivation, thought that absolute choke against the Warriors should be enough. Still fuming about that game.

-The Sharks have not defeated the Roosters at PointsBet Stadium since 2016.

-The Roosters have won their past seven games against the Sharks.

So you're saying cos the Warriors ended their hoodoo against us last week, ours will end against the Roosters this week?

Nah, I'm saying we didn't end the hoodoo against the Raiders and won't this week against the Roosters.
