Great stats.

However they can be deceiving.

For example……

Win ratio with him playing = 72%
Win ratio without him playing 62.5%
Which is a lot more even then the numbers above (12-3 to 6-5).

He has been bog standard for the last 4 years. Stats can’t hide that. Top bloke but is already far too slow for the game, he ain’t getting any younger next year…

If he was any good other teams would have gone after him, yet there was zero interest…

You assume or you know?
Because people said this a lot about Chad too

Are you referring to no other clubs being after him?

As his manager wouldnt have been doing his job if he hadn’t made common knowledge of other clubs being after him if that had been the case.

For numerous years people have been saying he is great just is injured currently and come off season people seem to forget that he has never come good, what a myth he is…

Was good deadset 5 years ago…. Prior to bad injuries but in this time he has gotten older and slower.

Common knowledge to who?
Not every player who signs a deal has a full synopsis of their options released.
It’s not the managers job to make sure you know what’s happening… sometimes they leak to press (especially to try and push a price) sometimes they don’t.

He was likely also only interested in staying with us, but I don’t think there is any proof no other club would have considered signing him.

Once again, the Chad example, his **** wasn’t all through the media and his manager seemed to do an okay job by him. Despite multiple people in here knowing no other club would ever sign him.

Calm down, weren’t you the same guy that said no one wanted to sign Trindall without proof ?

Behind a paywall. What was so good about it?
Haven’t read that article but sounds like Grahams expecting a bench spot at best, said something along the lines of if a team was picked tomorrow he wouldn’t be in it

I don’t mind having him as much if he is truly required to earn his place. Unfortunately reputation repairing finals years for both him and Fifita are probably too much to ask for

Sorry I read it through Facebook news that gets around the paywall on some articles. Pretty much what bort said. Sounds like he is training for 18th man training in all positions but doesn’t expect to be pick if the team was named today.

Wade Graham has signed on to play one more year for the Sharks and is preparing to fill plenty of gaps in 2023. “I’m floating all over the place at the moment in training,” he told Michael Carayannis on SEN Radio. “I’m playing in the back row, a bit of middle. I even got in the halves a couple of times.

“Round one is still a fair distance away but if we were to play tomorrow, I probably wouldn’t be in the starting team, if I’m honest, the way we’re training. But, there’s still plenty of time to go before round one. We will just see how we go. Footy’s a funny thing, you never want to look too far ahead.”

I'm glad to hear it. Nothing against Wade but if he was leading the pack we'd be in some strife.

Thank God, it’s better for the team getting on without him playing and being their leader

Love Wade ,
Just can't believe how much he has dropped off the last few years ( did look FAT ) .
Used to be a constant threat on the left edge playing heads up footy .
Kick . pass , run , now nothing in attack and racing out of the line in defence creating opportunities for the opposition when he misses target .
Maybe a stint at Jets , to show his OLD class and be ready IF needed .

Mr Fixit on the bench can work. Playing in the middle but moving to left edge if needed. Don't want to see us have to use McInnes on an edge.

It’s like all of his Christmas’s came at once (and he ate at all of them)

I bet you're the type of bloke who sweats through a meal
I have no idea what that means??? (But if I was supposably a professional athlete I would ensure I was not “tubby” as a minimum!)
