So after calming down and deciding to just go through the renew process rather than the auto renewal, I have tried several times to do this and each time I get this message:

You can change your auto renewal option for the next season.
If do not want to renew for the next season, un-tick the "auto-renew" box(es) to confirm your decision.
You don't have any past season tickets/packages available for renewal at this time
WTF!!
I've been a ticketed member since 2009 and it's telling me I don't have any past season tickets/packages available for renewal!
There is also no tick box for me to opt out of auto renewal on my account details - further reading tells me this needed to be done by October 14. Bit hard when they only told me there was no auto renewal for me last week!
This is an absolute debacle - apologies if people on here know people in the membership team but the process is an absolute fiasco.
I have emailed them yet again with this new problem so it'll be interesting to see what they say.
