I always listen to Sharkcast and Gus, neither have come out this week :(
Just came here to say that Gus' podcast has gone underground since his infamous training session. Wonder if he's coming back... it was all becoming a bit of a circus for a while there

Of course it is 😄

No mention of the training story... Think they've decided to skip that week altogether
He did cover it somewhere, maybe 100% footy? I actually like how he doesn't give a **** and sticks it back to the journos. Case in point, Danny Weirdler on Monday night.

Was good to hear from Moyza. He almost cracked out of the PR friendly lines a few times, which I'd love to hear
Yeah he's a shy fella. I'd hope players like being interviewed by true fans rather than media vultures.

You'd think so, though they still land in the sh*t if they slip up so it must be hard to have a good open chat. Someone at Fox NRL HQ is listening to everything these days

My son and I had a bit of fun last night, we sat down and did a mock podcast previewing this weekend's games. He's got the technological know how on how to record it and we took about 25 minutes to go through all the games and analyse them and make our predictions. It was heaps of fun and he really enjoyed it.

We'll probably do it again for Finals Week 1.

I'd post it here but I have no idea how to do that and I doubt anyone would want to listen to an old man like me ramble on about footy with his 12 year old son.

If I want you and sharks2010s thoughts on a game I'll just read the thread!

Dick Fidler aye

But as long as the two of you had fun that's the main thing!
You could use free video editing tech to just load in the audio onto a blank background and upload to youtube. Alternately I don't know anything about soundcloud but that could be an option.

Maybe snowman can have a listen and give you some tips. You're kid will be slagging off Chad in no time!

Thanks for your encouragement Bort. It was our first ever go so there are lots of ums and ahs and while my boy loves his footy, his knowledge needs to expand a bit. I'll talk to him about how we can put it up on You Tube, I am sure he will know how to do this!

Thanks mate. I'll check tonight to see if it is possible. But we are a long way behind Sam and Josh, or Snowy and Dan. Can't hold a candle to those guys just yet.

The young fellow loves texting Mark Levy on the 2GB sports show on Monday nights when we're on the way to our Table Tennis comp.
