Doubt he'll be starting if he does go?

They've got Milford and O'Sullivan and Nikorima but he might be a bench utility.

Guess the pecking order is less quality
Strangers things have happened.

Bennett's last two premiership 7's were Hornby and Perry.

Give it time.

We'll probably see a guy KO'd by the ball attempting a charge down & the kicker get binned for forceful contact.

A bloke got sent for HIA a few years ago when the ball from a kick hit him in the noggin and he went down from the force and shock

The ball escaped suspension but was left feeling deflated over the incident

I'm sure his ball mates would of rallied around him and pumped him back up!

Trindall is much better option with more upside then all 3 of those

They can have him.
I agree
Trindell is a good backup halfback for depth and injury cover but cant see him ever holding down a starting spot long term.
If he wants to go try his hand @ Dolphins good luck to him.
Can always try get CHT to reconsider his retirement plans and come join Sharka setup instead

I’m not the world’s biggest Tricky fan, but there were likely thousands of people who said this exact thing about Hastings, Fogerty, Hynes, Green, Dearden, Drinkwater, Hughes, C. Walker, and Keary. Sometimes players get better. Sometimes they don’t.

And sometimes just because someone might get better doesn’t mean you need to start them in the NRL.

You wanna be sharks who have trindall as a backup or titans who got rid of a decent half so the backup could play and now have had to sign a vet because it wasn’t working like they hoped.

I want us to be like the Rorters and sign anyone for any amount and not be inhibited by a salary cap.

Of course not. I was referring to the Dolphins taking him on and him being a potential option for them down the track after a year or two with Bennett - not throwing him the keys to the shiny new franchise.

I have been watching his games more closer. I did notice tricky has had more patience with his plays And looks to work well with Hynes.

IMHO I always though Hynes would been good as an 5/8 whilst tricky HB. but the last two games has been pretty good

Watch Hynes be all erratic again now that Moylan will be his partner

steady on lads, Hynes/Moylan got us to the position we are in our season. Trindall has had what 2 full games? 1 was good and 1 was kinda meh

I don't think Hynes is playing all that different or less erratic with Trindal next to him. If anything he is holding the ball and taking the line on even more which is something plenty seemed to be complaining about previously

I like Trindall, happy seeing him get some proper game time and do a pretty good job but would be premature and reckless to throw away a combo that has brought us success up to this point.

Mozza is in his best form since 2018 or even earlier and Hynes is always getting better and learning regardless of who would be paired next to him
