Absolutely set the tone for the teams performance. Great opening stint and a great call by Fitz to put him in

Ran straight and hard for the first 10 mins per stint... then started running sideways.
Yeah I agree, he did start to get a bit crabby after a bit. Ie when Olam drove him into the earth

Overall very good performance though

Old mate deserves another $200k next season (for life).

Great man
200k I wouldn’t complain

100% will cop a suspension
Probably because he did lift that leg but fans almost universally agree Cheese did that to Cheese. Even most storm fans.
Seriously about all Fifita could do from there is tear the guys groin if he threw that leg up, no chance he can flip a decent sized human from that position.

Was great for more than 10
He's great in 10 minute stints. He opened the game fantastically, thought he got tired after 10 or so and only stayed on so long because we scores a couple giving him a breather. Came back fresh very well again at the end.

They should make him Captain for the first 15 minutes , he'd fire up every game .

Thought starting him was brave vs the Storm but proved a smart move.
Fifita showed he can give his good 10-15 minutes* at the start as well as in leading into the break. BHU/Royce/Fifita I think gives us good flexibility to have a bit of a horses for courses prop arrangement, with Dale/Rudolf/Tolman being the other kind of prop, including starting Dale at 13 and bringing McInnes off the bench then Dale goes into prop rotation.

*I do think he started to crab towards end of first stint and was bought time by our tries

If we don’t re-sign him, surely he’s given a job around the club. Ideal situation would be an 18th man role. Gets to suit up, maybe bang an esky? But just there to be a part of the team. He is more Cronulla than Cronulla atm
