I was worried when he went down that our pack would be a little too small. We really need both BHU and Royce Hunt (one on the bench) for their size. Toby, Finucane and Tolman are good we just really need the extra couple KG

Huge news for us. Is developing into a real forward leader which is great to see. The kind if thing we need with fifita exiting.

Pec injuries can take some time to heal. It all depends on how severe it was and how his rehabilitation is going. I agree we desperately need him back. But realistically, it is not going to be until a few games before the finals. Not a bad option if we are going well and have momentum at the time.

A lot of talk when it happened around a 12 week recovery period. Injured in rd 6 makes him likely in rd 17 then given the rep round week off. Give or take a bit each side. Sharks medical update said 3-4 months, Nrl Physio said typical return was 10-14 weeks. Rd 17, just in time for the tough part of our draw would be ideal.

We've certainly missed this fellow since his injury and most of us have been asking when he is back.
I thought I'd drop a line to Fitz to see if he could shed some light on the situation.
I wasn't entirely sure of his email address but I had a guess and got it right.
Below is his reply. I also said it was great we were in 4th position at this time of the season.
Appreciate the message mate, we are not yet playing as well as we can but are well positioned, we will find some new levels soon.
Agree we have definitely missed BHU, along with Jack Williams and dale.
We are not certain on Braden’s return date. However he will surely be back before seasons end.
