I reckon he will play origin. Not sure if he will be first choice, but I think he will be close enough to the conversation that if there's an injury he could get his shot.

I agree, with probably 10 years of footy ahead of him too.

Let’s say Cook and Api are both retired or possibly England in the next 3 years.

Currently Brailey and Robson are probably next in line. Both origin teams are running a bench hooker combo now, so could easily be a part of the future team or atleast jag a game somewhere through injury.

Thought he had a really mature game tonight. Combined well with Moyza and showed a couple of trick shot plays. Kicked well too. Very happy with the way our Brailz is coming along

His game last night was a perfect example of his football IQ. He was in the right spot every time and took the right option every time.

Incredible stuff for a soon to be 24 year old.

some of his runs are pointless and that is my gripe with him
Definitely needs to pick and choose when, similarly though he’s not running off slow play the balls so he also needs support when he’s running

I wouldn’t say pointless, I’d say he needs runners to also realise off a quick ptb, Brailey will look to run, so they should be pushing through with him.

My gripe with Brailey he tends to give the ball to the blind on the last when nothing is on, resulting in a turnover instead getting it to a half.

In your head, rent free
thats a tactic now

get your edge backrower caught 2m out from the line and pin them

better than kicking into legs and losing the ball or giving away 7 tackles

Yeah - there was a bit of whinging about this back in round 1 against the Raiders, but it's pretty obvious now that this is deliberate. Especially when playing with a lead.

Doesn't matter who the player is, but back rower is best because it lets the centre and winger get set in position immediately rather than being stuck at marker.
