I think The Telegraph are reporting that Gus and Freddy may be the power couple to get the Dogs out the mire. 😂

I think they will go with Furner as interim and work it out from there ..
A good chance they'll do that... only problem is you're basically writing off the season (like the Sharks last year).

It's not like Gus has been planning for this only 12 hours.

Who were the people saying he wouldn’t be the first coach sacked
I thought it'd be Madge and Bulldogs would have another win or two... just enough for Barrett to scrape through and get sacked early next season instead.
I'm certainly not shocked by this outcome though, and my view on his job security started to waiver when he was chopping and changing lineup like crazy.

Players have been told to go home until Wednesday.
They have a game Friday.

You'd think a few of the senior players could go nah screw that we are training today, we'll run it.

Players told not to say a thing to media by Gus, Vaughn gave a little dig at media nothing in it but maybe it’s his way of pushing an early exit

There is no way in the world that Gus didn’t tap Trent on the shoulder or very very very strongly suggest that he needs to think about his role or future at the club so Trent “decided” to just leave.

BS!
