Stoked to him next season. Will bring so much energy in the halves. Shame he didn’t get more minutes today. Hard to squeeze him in. When they have cheese, grant, J.Smith, Munster & pappy.

Presume you're talking about that FB post - nice to be true but it's not , heaps of players went around after the game.

Still great that he did it though. Got a good one here!

fingers crossed we get mid season nicho, end of season nicho fizzed out
True but losing consistent position wouldn’t have done him any favours. He’ll have a clear and consistent role again with us

This bloke won't be our silver bullet or X factor like a prime Matt Moylan, Benny Barba or Shaun Johnson type of game breaker

He needs a good performing, consistent and functional spine to work with so let's hope Brailz, Trindall, Mozza, Kennedy or whatever we land on can deliver that to make use of Nichos talents.

As good as he is on his feet, throwing him in the halves and expecting miracles aint gunna work so my excitement is somewhat tempered. Especially as his passing, organisational and kicking game is by no means established as of yet.

Maybe would be a better fullback (built more like a FB than a half too) than half or bench impact player but we already have Kennedy. Seems he is a quality bloke and glad he is coming to our club for at least a few years. We can find the way to make it work all round and alot of players improve if they are given enough time in a given position to hone their skills and build confidence.

Look forward to that first photo seeing him in that jersey of ours

I think he will be great, but I'm not going to be surprised if he isn't as good as at the storm, because we aren't the storm. He won't be playing off the back of their middle dominance and the best spine in the comp.

I'm a bit like Gards, tempering my excitement.

I want to see him outside of the Storm system before I judge him. If he doesn't have 15 try assists by round three he can get ****ed.

I think my excitement is based on the collective additions to the squad - McInnes, Hynes, Finucane, Price and Fitz (with the assumption he'll improve our defense)

Hynes is a good signing more on potential than immediate impact like I will want from Fin and McInnes but also suits the current direction of NRL well

Nicho would go better if we'd signed JAC, Brandon Smith, Cameron Smith, Justin Olam and Bellamy, but let's see what we get
