doesn't make too many misses in general, specifically ones that end up leading to trys so I can cut him some slack

far out he is too quick of out dummy half tonight, get's through the ruck and to the rest of the opposition defensive line before anyone in our team can keep up! we need metcalf shadowing him

True but he looks to offload too often, wish he'd just take the line on more often. He gets in position to do it, reckon he'd poke his nose out the other side pretty often.

yea, stopping at the defensive line and looking for the pass off let's the defensive line momentarily settle as well I feel. If he just kept running through and took the tackle (bonus if he sneaks through) maybe he could get the quick PTB and keep our momentum going and the defense back peddling or committing infringements to slow it down. sometimes the player he passes it off to doesn't press much of the advantage Brailey initially delivered got from splitting the markers and running from dummy half and that eventual ball receiver just gets smashed after the defense adjusts to Brailz passing it off to them

Still needs to find his balance on when to pass and/or take the tackle or maybe could use some coaching / guidance. it's encouraging to see his effective running game becoming more of a regular occurrence though. looks less restricted lately

I can't tell if Grant is injured or still trying for a penalty

Was so bad tonight - the opposite of his final game last year.

Next year is make or break for him. He has all the skills but practice is over.

I still want to see what he can do behind a pack that’s competitive.

If your expecting him to be as good as Harry Grant then god help you.

Would like him to engage the markers, have a scoot, be an option to run or pass?

And he has been doing that in recent weeks. He didnt do it tonight. He had a horribly off game. Happens to young players.

He was dog**** tonight but I’m not tossing away a young player on one bad night.

I reckon he was 80% of the reason we lost that second half tonight - defence and attack were both bad as each other
