True, drawcard is still up in smoke.. this year is make or break for the next few years, if we can do well and get a certain style going then we can build on that.

Last year though was nothing to build on.
I don’t expect this year to be any different than last unfortunately.

Not totally sure on the fullback
Not totally sure on the centres
Not totally sure on the wingers
No backup 6/7 now
Dugan shifting between fullback / centre / wing
Moylan in and out form if stays fit
Moylan in and out of injury
Hooker that can’t play 80 mins, carry another hooker on the bench (prob a backrower)
Chad and SJ hopefully get some kind of combination going

Wade hopefully fit all year will be the biggest difference we can hope for

Hope is the biggest factor this year.

We hope...
Moylan gets fit
Fifita gets fit
SJ stays(?) fit
Brailey doesn't get injured
Chad doesn't get injured
Williams and Mags (and Braliey?) tie for Rookie of the Year honours
Ramien comes good
Xerri doesn't have second year syndrome (or first year with the Roosters)
Morris is happy playing wing
Duges is happy not playing fullback (is Moylan is fit)
Coach Morris is up to running the team
Not having a home ground doesn't effect any results and supporters turn up to games
We find a decent CEO and the board don't run the place into the ground in the meantime
No-one gets busted for drug use

...because the way I read it, if even one of these things goes wrong we're in a pretty ****ty predicament.

All that is true Sparkles.

This year, if Moylan is injured, move Dugan to fullback and leave him there. We can’t keep moving players around to accomodate someone who is a week by week proposition.

They need to get combinations this year and that doesn’t happen when you’re playing a different position every week.

I’d actually be starting Dugan at fullback and let Moylan decide what he wants to do to fit in with the team.

Maybe try Rudi instead.
There'd probably be some outcry if there are three joint Rookie of the Year players, all from Sharks, AND one of them has played 28 games (and another has 15).

Wasn't totally sure who was eligible. Okay, update to read that they also don't have second year syndrome.

Our FB is a 50 cal but has a broken bolt
Both our centres are overrated
Both our wingers would make for a better centre pairing
Our 5/8th is the most pure of all myths
Our half is a joke no punchline
Our lock can’t tackle
One of our 2nd rowers goes hard and then fades harder
The other 2nd rower is a run of the mill beast when he’s on the field
Both our front rowers are “on their day” fatties
Our hooker just turned 7

Our bench is The Who?

Not gunna happen this year.

I have similar concerns as a feeling overall.. On paper- unreal team, but disjointed is my gut feel- when the acid tests arrive. Will be some stand up, but not enough. Really hope this is incorrect

We've got a young squad. That won't do them any harm.

mate, our back up 6 was nsw cup team of the year

our back up 7 is one of the best prospects in footy

our halves depth is better than it was last year

our centres are 2 of the best young players in the game

teams have gone backwards, we will be fine

You know what? I was going to reply with a few contrary points... but, I like this optimistic, positive Snowy, so I'm not.

Let's go in glass half full mate. If this team reaches its potential we'll be top four without a doubt, and playing an exciting brand of footy to boot. No more grinding out the wins with this squad, surely!
