Fingers crossed our senior players get in his ear ( Pele) and show/encourage him to do whatever it takes to maximise his potential.
Thanks for the updates Burgess

Also Milne is a big unit, looked like kind of a handful but wasn't a machine or anything.

I presume Kula is injured because he's usual one of our best forwards

Officially minor premiers.

First round opponent will likely be Canberra, but there is a very small chance it is Souths.

Last time played it was Sharks 21, Raiders 20.

Nice to see at the back end of the year that a few of the 20’s players got a run for Newtown (Raper, Hazelton, Ngaronoa, Taumoepeau) and a few of the extended squad got a run in the 20’s (Bowen, Gould, Bennet, Broadhurst, Elsey, Giles)

Beat the Knights 12-0 to all but wrap up the minor premiership

That’s bloody great news. The production line rolls on.

It isn’t showing as being televised - but sometimes Fox/Kayo shows the 20’s games but they can be pretty poor at actually letting the world know beforehand.

It’s also possible that the NSWRL streams them. The QRL streamed the 18’s finals and will probably do the same for the 20’s. Hopefully the NSWRL is keeping up with the times.

Yeah I think if you can watch it will be if it's streamed. Doubt it'll be on Kayo/Fox.

Speaking of Televised, will this be streamed atleast ?

I’d say it’s more likely than not. It’s pretty common for games to be streamed from Redcliffe. They have a good media setup there for non-televised games.

Flegg lost 19 - 18 to the Raiders

Went into extra time where Raiders kicked a field goal.

And for something different we scored 4 tries to 3 with the kicker getting 1/4. In his defence the winger scored a hat trick so they were all from the sideline and they would have had the same breeze the Jets had - which was ****ed.

Didn't watch it so can't comment on any players

Flegg team will play the Bunnies (5th) in an elimination final on Sunday.

Team was almost full strength in the loss last week, except for:

- Fine Kula went off in the first minute for HIA and didn't return
- Jayden Millard was out
- His usual replacement Kai Broadhurst was also out

Lineup-wise, Cooper Bowen (usually a winger but has played some fullback in the local comp) was listed as five-eighth. That could have been how they lined up, but it's also possible there was a bit of shuffling as both Scarpelli and Longmuir were both on the field together at times.

I think we'll be out straight sets. We've been pretty average for a few months now and I think most teams have us worked out aka we don't have much

You could be right - it’s a pretty tight comp. 5 points separated 1st and 7th.

Jersey Flegg Team Updated for 2020. This list won't be comprehensive but is accurate for most players.

From the graduated guys I'd guess that Kula and Hazelton are probably the most likely to stick around. Given the Jets lack of hooker depth one of Millard/Scarpelli could get a look too.
