Not sure why but the limited opportunities he's had he's never really taken them or kicked on since he got his initial go with us in FG when we had the tonne of injuries a few years ago, i always used to rate him & every time he got the call up i was thinking this will be the game he kills it, never did but.

Thought I remembered hearing at some point that he wasn't really putting in at training?

Career suicide if he is going to the dogs to play hooker
can't be any worse for a career than spending most of it in reggies which has been him at the Sharks - I think it's a positive move for him and I think the fans will be grateful for anyone other than Lichaa

Probably sounds like I am sticking up for Liicha but he's playing the game or style Hasler wants him to, Ennis said as much on the weekend.

While that's definitely true, his service out of hooker is really really slow. Loopy slow passes. Hasler wouldnt be teaching him that.

I still can't believe Flanno negotiated flicking that hack and his fwit dad to the dogs for Michael ****ING Ennis...

That's gotta be the greatest trade in NRL history.

I thank my few dog's mates frequently for that.

I don't remember that, but I remember someone posting in the off season that he doesn't seem to have much ambition. I reckon that's just footy speak for "he's a quiet guy". He's got ability, can break the line, kick goals, and is as good or better a defender as most halves in the comp. He's OK in 6 and decent in 9, but 7 is his spot. He's going to the Dogs to compete for the #7. I reckon he'll get it. Frawley in 6, Nu in 7, and Mbye in 9.

Forgot about Foran. Nu will be in the mix still. Frawley hasn't proven anything yet.

Yeah if I remember rightly he's said a few times that 7 is the position he prefers and has played the most. I never saw him as a nine. He was great that year we had the injuries at the back end of the season. Gagans debut year.

I've been critical of Nu but i thought he was one of the few shining lights tonight. Looked dangerous every time he had the ball.
