What an enormous win. Without our halves. At a ground we've rarely won at. Against 2nd place. I love this club. So proud.

Pumped for this one. Chance to prove some naysayers wrong and build the team's confidence. I think it needs to be a win, close loss is fine but we really need to be getting the win. You'd have to think the team will be gearing to rip in.

Canberra again? Ok. Wonder if they'll be fired up after capitulating against us a few weeks ago.

Was busy getting the kids ready for bed for this game and missed it. Checked the score at 18-0 and thought, not tonight satan. Very surprised to check back later and see we'd won.

He looked like he relished the opportunity. He was celebrating each try scored with the player who scored. Loved the fist pump when he scored himself (although he looked like he dropped it.... but no complaints here)

Standard round 1 for us: - Fall behind early, say 12-0 - Takes us over 30 mins at least to score our first try. - Brief resurgence in the 2nd half, might even take the lead briefly. - Lose in the last 5 mins to a try. It's honestly worth going back through our round 1 games over the years and...

I think that's why Corey Hughes signing always bugged me. We lost DeGois for him. Issac was no good when he came back.

Ayshford, Dugan, Barrett, Cuthbertson come to mind for me. And the bland boys Robson and Morris (although serviceable, never set the world on fire).
