Pretty poorly. Been on and off with a knee injury and an ankle injury giving me grief every time I think I'm back to being fine one of them goes on me again.How's the training going for C2S, Deano?
Yeah I've been trying to hit the exercise bike every night when I can't get out for a run. This week will just be some light work on the exercise bike for me don't want to risk the knee not getting better in time.Don't run this week. You don't gain or lose anything in the week leading into a run either way. It's good to keep your legs moving though so maybe go for a cycle or kick in the pool.

Im just doing it to improve my sport and get rid of a bit of the beer belly. Wouldn't mind getting into it but my knees suffer a fair bit.
An 11 year old doing 11 minutes sounds bloody good. I'm not the fittest of blokes but it took me a fair bit of work to get to where I was.Hey Deano, just checked the best time for 3km in the cross country times, 11 mins, not bad for an 11 yr hey!
