So what is the reason for the lack of coverage of this?

I doubt its because we have a good PR team or the media are being nice to us.

All I can think of is because of the legal implications surrounding the 2nd drug test.
Sharks don't generate clicks? Trindall isn't exactly a high profile player.

I did consider that an option - that he’s a nobody.

But he had been getting a bit of love of in podcasts and stuff, so I thought that was unfair.

A bit like how Tracey used to get noticed by the neutrals.

Media's starting to pick this one apart with particular reference to a lengthier stint on the sidelines. But I'm still thinking that he may miss a couple of weeks after court and thats it. That may be a total of 5-6 weeks which, by historical standards, leans on the heavier side of punishments.

Also read there is an assumption he wasn't alone in regards to accompanying sharkies players.

Maybe this is in response to the BHU rumour I heard a few days ago.

As far as some other fans concerned whole squad was doing coke at Toby's place, anything else just a cover up

I think it's a bit rough if the NRLs punishment doesn't include time already served (due to Sharks standing him down)

Otherwise clubs might as well keep playing players and just let the NRL deal with it.

Article is suggesting NRL considering 4 to 5 week ban

They’d have to include time served. Would be idiotic if they didn’t and like you said clubs won’t stand them down.

Nothing new - Expected and called.

Time served has to be considered as its clearly a consequence enacted.

If it doesn't get considered then Trindall should take it the high court for justice. They will never take his "FREEEEEEEEEDOM"

It would be strange if no other player was on it tbh

I’ve no doubt that there’s other players in the team that would enjoy a bag or two in the off season, but from what I’ve heard Tricky started the night off with his teammates but then left later on to catch up with his own mates and get on the gear.

If BHU was with him, that doesnt real incriminate him at all. Happy to leave that issue alone
