There's a few sides to this and it's why I can't fathom how anyone can be retarded enough to think our cheating has been a good idea.
1 - Cheating just invalidates the entire purpose of sport. Sport is more or less defined by its rules. It isn't a street fight or a war or anything, it's a make believe contest where the rules are set and the winner is the person / team that does the best within those rules. Cheating is ****ing ridiculous because it means that the competition was between people following rules and people breaking them. The advantage through breaking rules invalidates the success. It's a hollow victory if you cheat and win. If you disagree you're ****ing deluded and probably a sociopath.
2 - Even if you put the above aside, we are ****ing horrible at cheating and don't gain any advantage from it, we just lose face, lose money, and hurt our long term prospects in the sport. How can anyone think it was a good idea to use peptides or try to set up illegal 3rd party payments when we had spare cap space. We not only cheat, we are ****ing **** at it! So why the **** even bother? And why would anyone make excuses for these ****s that have no ethics AND no talent in cheating?
